This Request for Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the Town of Cobourg (the “Town”) to prospective Bidders to submit bids for WPCP No. 1 – Sludge Thickener Mechanism Replacement, as further described in the RFT Particulars section.
