Description:	This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the Town of Cobourg (the “Town”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Cobourg East Community Secondary Plan Area Studies, as further described in the RFP Particulars section. The Town of Cobourg and Northumberland County are seeking to contract the services of a qualified multi-disciplinary team of professionals to prepare an update to the Cobourg East Community Secondary Plan (CECSP) while simultaneously completing a Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (EA) for four (4) road segments within the CECSP area. The CECSP is an active developing area with ongoing site developments, trunk servicing (sanitary and watermain) construction activities with both completed and ongoing studies to support this future growth.
